To make changes to your email address, you must log in to your user account. If you're unable to log in to your account, you may use the forgotten username/password option on the login page to recover your account.
Once you are logged in, you can change your email addresses from your Personal Profile, which is accessible from the main navigation menu. Once you submit your email address, the system will email a confirmation link to your new email address. You will need to click the link in the confirmation email to activate your new email address. This confirms that you own that email address and that you can receive email from our systems.
No Access to Old Email Address
If you no longer have access to the old email address on file and you need to reset your login credentials, you may still be able to perform this action. Upon completing the reset form, the system will send you both an email and a text message with your new login credentials if you've previously set up a mobile phone number. If you do not have a mobile number on file with your account and no longer have access to your old email address, your account will be unrecoverable. You will need to register a new account at that point.
