Micro-Deposit Verification Failed

You only have 3 tries to correctly verify your bank account

Updated over a week ago

Using the Micro-Deposit Bank Verification process for the Horizon Payment Center, you will have only 3 attempts to input the two posted micro-deposit amounts correctly. If you reach the max attempts allowed, you will no longer be allowed to verify the funding source using those same two posted micro-deposit amounts. To retry bank account verification via micro-deposits, the following steps will need to be taken by you: One common reason for reaching the maximum 3 attempts is using incorrect micro-deposit amounts. Micro-deposit verification relies on using the two most recent amounts you received in the "Micro-deposits completed!" email. Misinterpreting or reusing amounts from a previous verification attempt will result in failure.

  1. Wait 48 hours & then re-add the bank account.

  2. Initiate new micro-deposits to the bank account.

  3. Verify the bank account using the newly posted micro-deposit amounts.

Multiple Verifications

If you've performed multiple micro-deposit verifications within a few days of each other, you should be cautious when using the correct micro-deposits to complete the verification. Ensure that the transaction date shown on your bank statement for the micro-deposits matches the same date as the "Micro-deposits completed!" email notification. Using micro-deposits from an earlier verification attempt will be rejected. You must use the most recent micro-deposits that are deposited with the same transaction date as the email notification.
