A free mobile application is available for our software systems for all users. This application can be downloaded from the iTunes App Store by searching for HorizonWebRef.com in the search field.
Prerequisites
Your mobile device must be based in one of the eligible countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.
Your mobile device must be running iOS 15.5 or later. You can check this by going to Settings >> General >> About >> Software Version
You must have at least 50 MB of free space on your mobile device.
Downloading the App
Open the iTunes App Store on your mobile device.
Search for HorizonWebRef.com or use this link to access the app directly

Current App Version
As of August 12, 2023, the lowest version of our iOS mobile app we support for iPhone and iPad is Version 1.4.7. The lowest supported version of the iOS operating system is Version 15.5. Versions of our iOS app or of the iOS operating system older than this are no longer supported. To log in to our system with our iOS mobile apps, you must update your device to this mobile app and operating system version or higher.
No App Update Available
If no app update is available, or the App Store keeps installing an older version of the Horizon app after uninstalling and reinstalling, it is likely because you are running a version of the iOS operating system below version 15.5. You'll need to update iOS to version 15.5 or higher first. Then you can install our updated Horizon app. You can check what version of iOS your device has by going to Settings >> General >> About >> Software Version

Older iPhone & iPad Devices
If you have an older iPhone or iPad device that is not on the list above and cannot be updated to the minimum required version of the iOS software, you will not be able to download & use our current iOS mobile app. You will need to use the mobile web version of the system by navigating to www.horizonwebref.com using the Safari (or Chrome) web browser.
