Details for reporting mobile app issues on Android, iPhone, or iPad

Updated over a week ago

Experience any hiccups with our HorizonWebRef mobile app for Android, iPhone, or iPad? Fear not, we've got some handy tips that can get you back on track in no time! The unique environment of our mobile apps offers a world of opportunity for both Android and iOS, but it also means we have limited live troubleshooting options. No worries, though, you can perform the following steps, which often resolve any minor glitches. If you're experiencing an issue with one of our mobile apps or something is not working the way you expect it to, you can try these steps:

  1. Sign out and sign in again for a fresh start.

  2. Uninstall the app, then reinstall it for a clean slate.

  3. For Android users, reset your app to the factory settings to clear any cache or data that might be causing the issue.

If you've tried these steps and something still seems off, you can let our apps team know at apps@horizonwebref.com, and our engineers can use that feedback from users to troubleshoot issues and update the iOS and Android app stores with fixes in our next release.

Backup Option

If the troubleshooting steps above don't resolve your issue or app problem, you can use the mobile web version of the software in the meantime via the regular web browser application on your device (like Safari or Chrome). You can also create a shortcut in your browser for faster access to the mobile web.
