New Horizon Experience. This article describes the New Horizon Experience, which is available now. As of September 28, 2026, New Horizon is the default starting point on a computer or laptop. In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps for Android and iOS, New Horizon is already what you see. If you still have the older layout, choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu. You can switch back to Legacy Horizon from that menu any time during the transition.

Open Coach Rankings from Members Home
Start from Members Home after you sign in. On a phone, open the side menu first whenever a step mentions the menu.
First open the Ratings hub: side menu Users → Ratings (or account menu → Administrative Forms → Official Evaluations & Rankings).
On the Ratings hub, open Coach Rankings from the rankings menu. The table shows how officials stand under the coach-rating rules your organization uses.
On a computer, the same screen uses the wider layout.
When you do not see Coach Rankings
Coach Rankings is available from the Ratings hub only when Coach Ratings & Rankings (Feature #32) is on.
Organization administrators: in System Settings → Features & Settings, turn on Coach Ratings & Rankings, save, then open Users → Ratings → Coach Rankings.
If you still see the older layout
On a computer or laptop, the older legacy layout appears only if you switched back to Legacy Horizon. Choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu to return. Menu names may sit under Administrative Forms or the classic side menu. The jobs you can do on the page stay the same.
