New Horizon Experience. This article describes the New Horizon Experience, which is available now. As of September 28, 2026, New Horizon is the default starting point on a computer or laptop. In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps for Android and iOS, New Horizon is already what you see. If you still have the older layout, choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu. You can switch back to Legacy Horizon from that menu any time during the transition.
This article covers Game Notes (notes and comments) opened from a game on your schedule.
Open Game Notes from Members Home
Start from Members Home after you sign in. On a phone, open the side menu first whenever a step mentions the menu.
In the side menu, open Schedule, then choose Personal (or Master / Team if that is the schedule where you work that game).
Open the game, then choose Notes from the game actions. The notes panel lists notes and comments for that game.
When you do not see Notes on a game
Notes open from a game on a schedule you can access. If you cannot open the game, you will not see Notes. Notes are not a separate System Settings feature - they follow your schedule permissions. If a game has no notes yet, the Notes panel can still open and show an empty list.
If you still see the older layout
On a computer or laptop, the older legacy layout appears only if you switched back to Legacy Horizon. Choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu to return. Menu names may sit under Administrative Forms or the classic side menu. The jobs you can do on the page stay the same.
