How to choose which locations you want to work at

Updated over a week ago

To set and determine travel preferences on which locations you're willing to receive game assignments, you'll need to use the Location Block List to block locations, rinks, fields, arenas, or schools you do not wish to travel to. Blocking these certain locations gives your officiating organization scheduler insight into your preference for where you want to work games.

Not all officiating organizations allow officials to perform this action, though. If your officiating organization allows it, the Location Block List option will appear on the Administrative Forms page of the software under the Block Systems heading. Please reach out to your officiating organization directly if you need clarification on their policies on specifying location travel preferences via the Location Block System.

Using the Location Block List is the main method for officials to specify their preferences on what locations, schools, rinks, fields, arenas, etc. that they want to receive game assignments at.

You can take a look at this support article for details on using the Block Systems.
