In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps for Android and iOS, New Horizon is already what you see. If you still have the older layout, choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu. You can switch back to Legacy Horizon from that menu any time during the transition.
No. Cancelled games are not deleted from HorizonWebRef. They stay on the Master Game Schedule with a red Cancelled badge. Assignors and organization administrators use that board when they need to find a cancelled contest, reschedule it, or check what still needs a new date. Officials and coaches may also see cancelled games on their own schedule views, depending on Filters.
What often looks like a deletion is only the default Status filter. Master opens with Status set to Not cancelled, so cancelled games drop out of the list until you change that filter. Nothing is gone from the system.
Why cancelled games disappear from the list
On Master, open Filters (the funnel on a phone, or the Filters button on a computer). Near the bottom of that panel, Status defaults to Not cancelled. That choice keeps everyday scheduling focused on games that still need work.
On a computer, the same Filters panel sits on the right.
Cancelled games are still stored. Your date range, league, and other Filters also have to include them before they appear.
How to show cancelled games again
Open Filters, change Status to Cancelled only (or All statuses if you want cancelled and active games together), then choose Apply Filters.
After you apply that filter, Master shows only cancelled games in the current date window. Each row or card keeps a red Cancelled badge. Snapshot chips at the top can also show a count such as 1 cancelled. Tap that chip when you want the same Cancelled only view without opening Filters.

Cancelled is not the same as delete
Cancel marks a published game so nobody should work it, and assigned officials are notified. The game stays on the board. Delete permanently removes an unpublished game that meets eligibility rules. If you still see the older layout
On a computer or laptop, New Horizon is the default starting point as of September 28, 2026. The older legacy layout appears only if you switched back to Legacy Horizon. Choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu to return. On that older layout, the schedule filter bar defaults to Hide Cancelled Games (or Hide Cancelled with your organization's game label). Open the filter bar and change that cancelled option to show cancelled games only, or show all. The games themselves were never deleted.
