New Horizon Experience. This article describes the New Horizon Experience, which is available now. As of September 28, 2026, New Horizon is the default starting point on a computer or laptop. In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps for Android and iOS, New Horizon is already what you see. If you still have the older layout, choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu. You can switch back to Legacy Horizon from that menu any time during the transition.
This article covers Administrative Forms (also called Admin Forms): the menu of association tools for officials, assignors, coaches, and other members. What you see depends on your role and which features your organization turned on.
Open Administrative Forms
In New Horizon, open Administrative Forms from the side navigation or the account tools area. The page groups links into sections such as Personal Forms, Finance Forms, and Management Forms. Each link opens the matching tool.
On a computer, the same screen uses the wider layout.
Personal Forms
Common personal links include changing team affiliation, changing username and password, incident and misconduct reports, completed event reports, updating location mileage, viewing evaluations you received or submitted, joining another organization, and equipment pick sheets when your organization uses that report.
Finance Forms
Finance links can include payroll reports, hourly compensation rates, payroll summary reports (including an assignor-scoped summary when your organization uses that label), payroll adjustments, league summary invoices, billing invoices, generated reports, and exporting 1099-NEC data.
When you export 1099-NEC data, you choose a tax year, whether earnings come from Payment Center payments or from game data, whether to include only users over $600 USD or all users with earnings, and an output format such as Track1099.com, Tax1099.com, or a generic CSV. Horizon prepares a file to help you work with an external tax advisor. You must verify totals before filing.
Management Forms
Management links can include System Settings, pending user registrations, pending team change requests, game change requests, custom profile fields, mileage tables and rules, manual rankings, login records, generated reports history, and other organization tools your role can open.
Login Records opens the login activity list. Generated Reports opens saved report files. Equipment Pick Sheets opens as a panel when that feature is on.
Block systems
When your organization uses block lists, Administrative Forms can link to partner, team, location, game code, league, and position block lists so you can manage who should not be paired.
If you still see the older layout
On a computer or laptop, the older legacy layout appears only if you switched back to Legacy Horizon. Choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu to return. Menu names below may sit under Administrative Forms or the classic side menu instead of the New Horizon navigation. The jobs you can do on the page stay the same even when the chrome looks different.
