New Horizon Experience. This article describes the New Horizon Experience, which is available now. As of September 28, 2026, New Horizon is the default starting point on a computer or laptop. In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps for Android and iOS, New Horizon is already what you see. If you still have the older layout, choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu. You can switch back to Legacy Horizon from that menu any time during the transition.
This article covers issuing or managing a suspension for a member when your organization uses league suspensions. Organization administrators and assignors with access open it from Administrative Forms or related league tools. The read-only season list is covered in the Suspensions article.
Turn suspensions on
Organization administrators enable penalty tracking in the league module settings. When that feature is off, do not use this tool.
Issue a suspension
Open the suspend-user workflow, choose the person, set the dates and reason your organization requires, and save. The person then appears on the Suspensions list for the season.
If you still see the older layout
On a computer or laptop, the older legacy layout appears only if you switched back to Legacy Horizon. Choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu to return. Administrative Forms still leads to the same suspension tools when the league module is on.
