New Horizon Experience. This article describes the New Horizon Experience, which is available now. As of September 28, 2026, New Horizon is the default starting point on a computer or laptop. In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps for Android and iOS, New Horizon is already what you see. If you still have the older layout, choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu. You can switch back to Legacy Horizon from that menu any time during the transition.
This article covers My TBA Responses (also labeled My Responses on TBA Requests) for officials.
Open My TBA Responses from Members Home
Start from Members Home after you sign in. On a phone, open the side menu first whenever a step mentions the menu.
On a computer, the same screen uses the wider layout.
In the side menu, open Schedule, then choose TBA Requests. (TBA Requests appears when your organization uses TBA / swaps and listings are available to you.)
On TBA Requests, choose My Responses. That opens My TBA Responses - the list of TBA requests you answered. Each row shows the type, whether the request is still open, pending, or closed, and the game timing.
When you do not see TBA Requests or My Responses
TBA Requests appears under Schedule only when the TBA request system is on and listings are available to you. My Responses is on that TBA Requests screen.
Organization administrators: in System Settings → Features & Settings, turn on TBA Request System (Feature #51). Save. Assignors can then send TBA listings from the master schedule. Officials open Schedule → TBA Requests → My Responses to manage responses they already submitted. Feature #52 is only required when officials post their own accepted games for TBA.
Retract a response
While a request is still open, choose Retract Response and confirm with Yes, Retract. After positions are filled or the request closes, you cannot retract from this list.
If you still see the older layout
On a computer or laptop, the older legacy layout appears only if you switched back to Legacy Horizon. Choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu to return. Menu names may sit under Administrative Forms or the classic side menu. The jobs you can do on the page stay the same.
