New Horizon Experience. This article describes the New Horizon Experience, which is available now. As of September 28, 2026, New Horizon is the default starting point on a computer or laptop. In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps for Android and iOS, New Horizon is already what you see. If you still have the older layout, choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu. You can switch back to Legacy Horizon from that menu any time during the transition.
This article covers TBA Responses for officials who posted one of their own assignments for TBA.
Open TBA Responses from Members Home
Start from Members Home after you sign in. On a phone, open the side menu first whenever a step mentions the menu.
In the side menu, open Schedule, then choose Personal to open My Schedule.
Find an assignment you already posted for TBA. Open that game's actions and choose TBA responses (the count may appear in the label when people have responded). That opens the list of responders so you can award (transfer) the assignment or retract your TBA listing.
On a computer, the same screen uses the wider layout.
When you do not see TBA responses
Officials only see TBA responses on an assignment they posted for TBA. That requires the TBA tools to be on, and Feature #52 so officials can post their own accepted games.
Organization administrators: in System Settings → Features & Settings, turn on TBA Request System (Feature #51) and Allow Officials To Swap Assignments (Feature #52 - the label uses your word for officials). Save. Officials then accept a game on Personal schedule, post it as a TBA request, and use TBA responses when people reply. Award (transfer) the assignment
Under Choose who should receive this assignment, pick the official who should take the game and use Award. Confirm when asked - the transfer happens immediately. If that person is not qualified, you can still choose Override and Award after the warning, or cancel.
Retract your TBA request
If you want to stop offering the assignment as TBA, use Retract TBA request and confirm. That removes your TBA listing and any responses. You keep the assignment and can post it for TBA again later.
If you still see the older layout
On a computer or laptop, the older legacy layout appears only if you switched back to Legacy Horizon. Choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu to return. Menu names may sit under Administrative Forms or the classic side menu. The jobs you can do on the page stay the same.
