Taking action on game assignments you've been offered

Updated over a week ago

Accepting or declining game assignments must be performed by officials when a scheduler has published one or more games to their schedule. This action can be performed by officials on their personal Game Schedule page. Officials can use the icons in the right-hand Action column to take action (accept or decline) on a particular game.

Do you have unaccepted games?

The first step for officials is determining if they have any unaccepted games that need their attention. If an official has unaccepted games, a notification will be displayed in the Reminders box on your Members Home page. Officials should check the Reminders box first to see if there are any unaccepted games that they need to respond to.

How do you find your games?

The personal Game Schedule page is organized and controlled by the Schedule Filters. Officials should review this support article for instructions and details on editing the filters. If necessary, officials may need to change their Schedule Filters, mainly the date range, to locate their unaccepted games. Alternatively, officials can click on the reminder displayed in the Reminders box on their Members Home page to be taken directly to the unaccepted game.

Accepting or Declining

Officials can take action on their game assignments (accepting or declining) via the Action column on the right-hand side of their personal Game Schedule page. Officials can click on the desired action to proceed with their decision. Alternatively, officials can use the Accept All option in the top toolbar to accept all the visible unaccepted games.

Note: Some officiating organizations do not permit officials to decline games, in which case, only the Accept icon will be shown.
