What is the Organization Number?

How to find your organization's group number

Updated over 2 weeks ago

An Organization Number, also called an Association Number, is a private number that identifies the officiating organization group that you want to join when using the self-registration instructions to join a new organization. This identifier is primarily required during the self-registration process, but officials who are directly added to an organization by an administrator do not need to know this number. The Horizon technical support staff cannot provide these to you as they are private.

  • Option #1: Ask your local officiating organization to provide it to you directly.

  • Option #2: Use the search option on the Sign-Up form to try to find it yourself. This search tool allows you to find the number by entering basic information about your organization. If you cannot find it with a search, you'll need to revert to Option #1.

For Administrators: If you have administrator permissions for your organization, you can find your organization number at the top of the grey navigation menu or in the System Settings page when using the desktop or laptop version of the software.
