Game & Event Reporting Systems - Overview

Your officiating organization may have two reporting systems available: The Game Reports System & The Incident Reports System. These systems can be turned ON or OFF by your organization's assignor / administrator.

The Game Reports System

The Game Reports System is used to report information such as home score, away score, evaluations of each team's sportsmanship, facility conditions, spectator behavior, etc. When enabled, assignors can specify certain positions that need to complete a game report after the game is completed. There is also a place for general comments. When this system is turned ON, if you need to complete a game report, a reminder will be displayed in your Reminders Box on the Members Home page. To complete the game/event report, you can go to your game schedule page, search for the particular game using the Schedule Filters, and then click the Game Reports icon in the Action column. If no games are displayed, you'll need to revise your search using the Schedule Filters.

It is important to note that there is no option to submit a game report before the game is played. Games that have not yet been played will not display this reporting option.

The Incident Reports System

The Incident Reports System is used for reporting misconducts, ejections, disqualifications (DQ's), match penalties, technicals, etc. When this system is enabled, officials can fill out the report whenever they need to report something. The system does not generate any reminders or requirements to complete the form. You do not need to submit an incident report unless an incident has occurred.

To submit a new incident report, navigate to the game schedule page, search for the particular game using the Schedule Filters, then click the Incident Report icon in the Action column on your Game Schedule page next to any game in the past. This will bring you to the form to submit a new incident report for that game. If no games are displayed, you'll need to revise your search using the Schedule Filters.
