A free mobile application is available for our software systems for all users. This application can be downloaded from the Google Play App Store by searching for HorizonWebRef.com in the search field.
Prerequisites
Your mobile device must be based in one of the eligible countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.
Your mobile device must be running Android Marshmallow 6.0 or later. You can check this by going to Settings >> About Phone >> Software Information >> Android Version
Compatibility testing is performed on the two most recent operating system versions. For this reason, we recommend using Android 12, or 13.
You must have at least 10 MB of free space on your mobile device.

Current App Version
As of August 13, 2023, the lowest version of our Android mobile app we support is Version 1.7.1. The lowest supported version of the Android operating system is Version 6.0 (Marshmallow). Versions of our Android app or the Android operating system older than this are no longer supported. To log in to our system with our Android mobile apps, you must update your device to this mobile app and Android operating system version.
No App Update Available
If no app update is available, or the Google Play Store keeps installing an older version of Horizon app after uninstalling and reinstalling, it is likely because you are running a version of the Android operating system that is below version 6.0. You must update Android to version 6.0 or higher first. Then you can install our updated Horizon app. You can check what version of Android your device has by going to Settings >> About Phone >> Software Information.
Older Android Devices
If you have an older Android device that cannot be updated to the minimum required version of the Android software, you will not be able to download & use our mobile app. You will need to use the mobile web version of the system by navigating to www.horizonwebref.com using the Google Chrome web browser on your device.
