When a control or rule exists on only one layout, this article says so. The steps below start with the New Horizon Experience in the apps, then cover that older desktop or laptop layout.
This article covers filters on the game schedule. The same filter pattern is used on every schedule page: the Master Game Schedule, My Schedule, Team Schedule, TBA Requests, and the Public Schedule. Officials, assignors, and coaches all use it on the schedule they can open.
Use this article when games seem to disappear, when you want a weekend or league window, when you want to change how the list is sorted, or when you need to save a filter set you reuse. Officials, assignors, coaches, and other signed-in members use filters on the schedule they can open. Your default date range can still be set in Personal Profile under Preferences. That profile date range does not save Sorting order.

Date range and Filters
Change the date range from the calendar control on the top bar. That control applies as soon as you choose a range. It is separate from the Filters panel.
On a phone, Filters is the funnel icon on that same top bar. It does not say Filters, and it is not the older filter row that used to sit on the page. Tap the funnel to open a side panel from the right. Set the options you want, then tap Apply Filters at the bottom of the panel. A red number on the funnel means Filters besides the date range are on. Quick filters is the nearby icon with stacked lines and is a separate menu for saved sets.
On a computer, the same screen uses the wider layout.
On a larger screen the same funnel still opens that side panel. The Filters panel can include leagues, Game Code (the standalone game-code filter; it may still say Types on the panel), teams, locations, status, and Sorting order. The Master Game Schedule also offers Show schedule for (one official), fill, published, assignment status, positions, and reference numbers when those apply.
Reset Filters restores the default date window, the default sort for that schedule, and clears the other filters. The list loads more games as you scroll. There is no separate Search button.
When you are signed in, the page can remember the filters you last used for about 30 days, including Sorting order. Remembered settings stay separate for each schedule (Master, My Schedule, Team Schedule, TBA Requests, and Public Schedule). Sorting does not count toward the red number on Filters. Save named Quick filters for windows you reuse, then apply or delete them from that menu. A named Quick filter also stores the sort that was on when you saved it.
If no games appear, widen the date range or clear other filters. Expanding the date range can show more games. Other filters only narrow the list.
Sorting order
Open Filters, then find the Sorting order card. Set Sort #1, Sort #2, and Sort #3, then tap Apply Filters. The list uses those three choices in order. You can sort by Date, Time, Location, Home, Away, or ID when those columns apply. Location sorts by the location name. Home and Away appear when your organization uses teams. ID appears when game IDs are shown.
If you have not saved or remembered a sort, the default depends on the schedule. Master Game Schedule starts with Date, then Location, then Time. My Schedule, Team Schedule, TBA Requests, and Public Schedule start with Date, then Time, then Location. Reset Filters puts that schedule back to its own default sort.
In the New Horizon Experience, your last-used sort is remembered with your other last-used filters for about 30 days when you are signed in. It stays on that schedule only. If you still see the older legacy desktop or laptop layout, sort works differently. See the older-layout section below.
If you still see the older legacy desktop or laptop layout
On the older desktop or laptop layout, filters may still sit in a Schedule Search & Filter bar. Click the words Schedule Search & Filter, the eyeballs, or anywhere on that bar once to open it. Do not double-click, or the bar will open and then close.
Set the date range and any other limits, then click Search. The list does not update until you search. Sorting order is the three lists on that bar. If you have not set a sort, the older layout starts with Date, then Location, then Time. Click RESET to return to the default window.
To change dates, open the calendar and pick an exact start date and end date. Choosing a month name is not enough. You must click a specific day.
Those older filters, including sort, stay for this sign-in and reset the next time you sign in, unless you click Set Default to keep the current filters (including sort) as your saved defaults. The default date range you can set in Personal Profile is separate and does not save sort. Assignors are limited to a shorter default date window than general members.
If a search shows a limited number of games, narrow the date range or other filters. The New Horizon Experience loads more games as you scroll instead of stopping at a fixed list size.
