How to show your games on the availability calendar

Turn Show My Games and Show Holidays on or off, and choose how Quick Toggle works.

New Horizon Experience. This article describes the New Horizon Experience. In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps for Android and iOS, New Horizon is already what you see. On a computer or laptop, choose Try the New Horizon Experience from the banner or your account menu. You can switch back from that menu any time.

This article covers Calendar Sources and Quick Toggle on the Availability Calendar in HorizonWebRef. Officials use these controls when they want assigned games or holidays on the same month, or when they want a tap on a day to open the full editor instead of flipping the whole day.

These switches do not change whether a day is available. They only change what you see, and how a tap or click behaves. For marking days, recurring edits, and eligibility, see Understanding the Availability Calendar.

Both layouts are in use right now. In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps you see the New Horizon Experience. On a computer or laptop, the older legacy layout stays until you choose Try the New Horizon Experience from the banner or your account menu. Match the steps to the screen in front of you.

Open Calendar Sources

Sign in, then open Availability Calendar from Availability in the menu.

Availability Calendar on a phone. The title reads Availability. An orange ring marks the Utilities gear.

On a computer, the same screen uses the wider layout.

Scroll below the month on a phone, or look at the right-hand cards on a larger screen. Calendar Sources has Show Holidays and Show My Games.

The lower part of Availability on a phone. Instructions, Calendar Sources with Show Holidays and Show My Games Off, and Quick Toggle On. An orange box marks Calendar Sources.

On a computer, the same controls sit on the right-hand cards.

Turn Show My Games On when you want your already-assigned games on the same month. Turn it Off when you want a cleaner look at available and unavailable days. Turn Show Holidays On when you want holiday names on the calendar. Horizon remembers your choice on that device.

On a narrow phone month you may not see full game details. Open the day to read the assignment, including the time.

Quick Toggle

Quick Toggle is On by default. When it is On, tapping or clicking the day square flips that whole day between available and unavailable. Tap or click the date number, not the rest of the square, to open Advanced Availability for a time window or a note.

When Quick Toggle is Off, tapping or clicking the square opens Advanced Availability instead. Use that when the date number is hard to hit on a small screen. The Instructions list on the page matches the setting you chose. Horizon remembers the setting on that device.

If you still see the older legacy desktop or laptop layout

On the older desktop or laptop calendar, days often use drop-down menus, and recurring edits live on a top toolbar. Show My Games, Show Holidays, and Quick Toggle belong to the New Horizon Experience in the apps and on a computer after you choose Try the New Horizon Experience. Marking a day available or unavailable still works on both layouts.
