New Horizon Experience. This article describes the New Horizon Experience, which is available now. As of September 28, 2026, New Horizon is the default starting point on a computer or laptop. In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps for Android and iOS, New Horizon is already what you see. If you still have the older layout, choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu. You can switch back to Legacy Horizon from that menu any time during the transition.

This article covers the Resources library for assignors and organization administrators. Use it when Feature settings and your organization use bookable resources alongside the schedule.

Open Resources from Settings or Administrative Forms. The New Horizon list shows each resource name and quantity, with summary counts and export when available.

Choose Add, enter a clear name and quantity, and save. Open a row to update it. Delete (remove) a resource when it should no longer be issued. Removed resources leave the active list; use your organization's restore path if you need the name again.

From the schedule, open game resources when that tool is available. The resources library here is the catalog those game tools draw from. If the catalog is empty, add resources here first.

On a computer or laptop, the older legacy layout appears only if you switched back to Legacy Horizon. Choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu to return. Menu names below may sit under Administrative Forms or the classic side menu instead of the New Horizon navigation. The jobs you can do on the page stay the same even when the chrome looks different.
