New Horizon Experience. This article describes the New Horizon Experience, which is available now. As of September 28, 2026, New Horizon is the default starting point on a computer or laptop. In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps for Android and iOS, New Horizon is already what you see. If you still have the older layout, choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu. You can switch back to Legacy Horizon from that menu any time during the transition.
This article covers managing add-on services from System Settings for organization administrators.
Open Manage Services from Members Home
Start from Members Home after you sign in. On a phone, open the side menu first whenever a step mentions the menu.
On a computer, the same screen uses the wider layout.
In the side menu, open Settings, then choose System to open System Settings. (Settings appears for assignors and designers with access.)
Open the Add-on services section. For a service your organization already purchased, choose Manage. That opens Manage Service so you can review or change that add-on subscription. Use Add when you are purchasing a new add-on instead.
When you do not see Manage on an add-on
Manage appears on an add-on card in System Settings after your organization has added that service. If you only see Add service, the add-on is not active yet. If the Add-Ons list is empty, nothing is offered for your organization right now.
Organization administrators: from Members Home, open Settings → System (System Settings) → Add-Ons. Choose Add service on the card you want, complete the trial or purchase steps, then use Manage for billing and package changes. Settings on a card opens that add-on's own settings when it has any. If you still see the older layout
On a computer or laptop, the older legacy layout appears only if you switched back to Legacy Horizon. Choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu to return. Menu names may sit under Administrative Forms or the classic side menu. The jobs you can do on the page stay the same.
