New Horizon Experience. This article describes the New Horizon Experience, which is available now. As of September 28, 2026, New Horizon is the default starting point on a computer or laptop. In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps for Android and iOS, New Horizon is already what you see. If you still have the older layout, choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu. You can switch back to Legacy Horizon from that menu any time during the transition.

Open Choose an Organization from Members Home
Start from Members Home after you sign in. On a phone, open the side menu first whenever a step mentions the menu.
In the top bar, choose Change Organization (switch / organization control). That opens Choose an Organization.
You can also open your account menu and choose the change-organization / switch-groups option when it is shown. Pick the organization you want to work in, then continue. Members Home and the rest of Horizon refresh for that organization.
On a computer, the same screen uses the wider layout.
When you do not see Change Organization
Change Organization appears when your account belongs to more than one organization. If you are only in one organization, Horizon does not show the switch control - there is nothing to change. Joining another organization is a separate request flow from Administrative Forms when your organization allows it.
If you still see the older layout
On a computer or laptop, the older legacy layout appears only if you switched back to Legacy Horizon. Choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu to return. Menu names may sit under Administrative Forms or the classic side menu. The jobs you can do on the page stay the same.
