How to review the full list of blocks

Search and filter every block your organization tracks for members, sites, and related items.

New Horizon Experience. This article describes the New Horizon Experience, which is available now. As of September 28, 2026, New Horizon is the default starting point on a computer or laptop. In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps for Android and iOS, New Horizon is already what you see. If you still have the older layout, choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu. You can switch back to Legacy Horizon from that menu any time during the transition.

This article covers the Full List of Blocks report opened from Blocks.

Open Full List of Blocks from Members Home

Start from Members Home after you sign in. On a phone, open the side menu first whenever a step mentions the menu.

In the side menu, open Availability, then choose Blocks. (Blocks appears when your organization uses block lists.)

On the Blocks screen, open the tools / utilities menu and choose Full List of Blocks. That opens the searchable full list for everyone in the organization.

Organization administrators can also reach Blocks from account menu → Administrative Forms → Block Systems (for example Partner Block List), then open Full List of Blocks from that Blocks screen.

When you do not see Blocks or Full List of Blocks

Blocks tools appear only when at least one block system is on. If Blocks is missing under Availability, those features are off.

Organization administrators: in System Settings → Features & Settings → Block Systems, turn on the lists you need - for example Partner Block System (Feature #4), Team Block System (Feature #5), location, game-code, position, or league block systems (Features #6-#9). Save. Officials then see Availability → Blocks, and from that screen can open Full List of Blocks. Organization administrators can also open block lists from Administrative Forms → Block Systems.

Read the list

Use Filters to narrow by user name, block type, or search text. Scroll to load more rows when the list is long. Each row shows the block type, the item blocked, and details. If nothing matches, you will see No blocks found.

On a computer, the same screen uses the wider layout.

If you still see the older layout

On a computer or laptop, the older legacy layout appears only if you switched back to Legacy Horizon. Choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu to return. Menu names may sit under Administrative Forms or the classic side menu. The jobs you can do on the page stay the same.
