How to use the Block Summary

See a per-user summary of blocks you created and blocks created by others.

New Horizon Experience. This article describes the New Horizon Experience, which is available now. As of September 28, 2026, New Horizon is the default starting point on a computer or laptop. In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps for Android and iOS, New Horizon is already what you see. If you still have the older layout, choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu. You can switch back to Legacy Horizon from that menu any time during the transition.

This article covers Block Summary opened from Blocks.

Open Block Summary from Members Home

Start from Members Home after you sign in. On a phone, open the side menu first whenever a step mentions the menu.

On a computer, the same screen uses the wider layout.

In the side menu, open Availability, then choose Blocks.

On the Blocks screen, open the tools / utilities menu and choose Block Summary. Search by user name to find someone quickly. The summary shows how many blocks you created, how many others created, and the total for that person.

Organization administrators can also open Blocks from account menu → Administrative Forms → Block Systems, then choose Block Summary.

When you do not see Block Summary

Block Summary opens from the Blocks screen. If Blocks is missing, turn on at least one block system first (see below).

Organization administrators: in System Settings → Features & Settings → Block Systems, enable the Partner, Team, location, game-code, position, and/or league block systems your organization uses (Features #4-#9). Save. Then open Availability → Blocks → Block Summary (or the same report from Administrative Forms → Block Systems).

Clear blocks

When your role allows it, use Clear blocks (or related Actions) to remove blocks for a user after you confirm. Use the full list when you need to inspect individual block rows first.

If you still see the older layout

On a computer or laptop, the older legacy layout appears only if you switched back to Legacy Horizon. Choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu to return. Menu names may sit under Administrative Forms or the classic side menu. The jobs you can do on the page stay the same.
