Use these instructions if you already have a user account and want to join additional officiating organizations

Updated over a week ago

Users that already have a user account with one officiating organization can easily add or join a new officiating organization with their existing user account. If you do not have a user account, you must create one here first. Users should not try to create a second user account. A second user account for the same individual is a violation of our Terms of Service. Users must use their single user account to utilize and access any and all officiating organizations they wish to be a member of.

Join a new group

  • Complete the form and select the appropriate user type.

  • Ask your local officiating organization if you are unclear about which selections to make

Organization Number

The organization number, or sometimes called the association number, is a private number that identifies which group you want to join. The Horizon technical support staff cannot provide these to you. You can obtain these in one of two ways:

  • Option #1: Ask your local officiating organization to provide it to you directly

  • Option #2: Use the search option on the form to try to find it yourself. If you can't find it with a search, you'll need to revert to Option #1.

Wait for Approval

Your local officiating organization must review & approve your account. They can take as long as they want to do this. Some groups do this within a few seconds; some only do it once a month, and others only do it once per year. Contact your local officiating organization if you have questions about their approval process and timeline. The Horizon technical support staff cannot approve your account.

Once approved, you'll receive an email notification and you can then log in with your existing username/password. Keep an eye on your spam, junk, and promotions folders, as this email is sometimes routed there by your email provider.
