Purchasing a new subscription for your officiating organization on HorizonWebRef.com is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to successfully purchase and set up your new subscription.

Step 1: Access the Purchase Page

To begin, navigate to the HorizonWebRef.com purchase page. If you are currently logged into an existing HorizonWebRef.com user account, you must log out before accessing the purchase page. This is essential because the purchase process requires you to submit information independent of your current account.

Step 2: Fill Out the Purchase Form
