New Horizon Experience. This article describes the New Horizon Experience. In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps for Android and iOS, New Horizon is already what you see. On a computer or laptop, choose Try the New Horizon Experience from the banner or your account menu. You can switch back from that menu any time.

Both layouts are in use right now. In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps for Android and iOS you see the New Horizon Experience. On a computer or laptop, the older legacy layout stays until you choose Try the New Horizon Experience from the banner or your account menu. Match the steps to the screen in front of you. When a control or rule exists on only one layout, this article says so. The steps below start with the New Horizon Experience in the apps, then cover that older desktop or laptop layout.

This article covers how assignors change a filled position on Master Game Schedule. It is for schedulers and assignors. Use it when the official is already assigned and you need a different position, not a different person.

New Horizon Experience

Open Master Game Schedule from Schedule. Find the game and choose Edit position on the crew. The Change positions window lists the assigned officials and the positions they can take. Pick the new position and choose Save position.

Changing a position requires the official to accept the assignment again so they confirm they saw the change.

If you still see the older legacy desktop or laptop layout

On desktop or laptop, use the Position icon directly to the right of the official's name on Master Game Schedule. A pop-up lists the assigned officials and the positions they are eligible for. Choose the new position and save. That icon appears on desktop and laptop, and on some but not all phones.
