Schedulers and Administrators

We want to clarify that officiating organization administrators and schedulers cannot manually mark games as paid within our system. Our payment marking system operates exclusively through our Horizon Payment Center service, which facilitates electronic payments via ACH direct deposit through our trusted third-party financial provider. This automated service ensures that games are marked as paid for both schedulers and the referees and umpires receiving the payments. If you issue a manual payment outside of the system, like via a check or some other electronic payment method, you cannot mark these items as paid in the software.

Referees and Umpires

On the other hand, referees and umpires can mark games as "paid" for any games not paid using the Horizon Payment Center. This feature allows them to track which games they have received payment for. After a game has been completed, referees and umpires can select the orange $ symbol on their schedule, which will then change to a green $ symbol. This serves as a simple tracking method for officials to keep a record of the games they have received payment for. This option is only available for games in the past.

Important Distinction

It is essential to note that the ability to mark games as paid is exclusively available to referees and umpires for personal tracking purposes. This feature is not designed for schedulers and administrators to mark games for which they have sent payments.
