Details about how we govern and oversee accounts on our software

Our Account Usage Policy encompasses two main aspects concerning "accounts" and how we manage them within our system. This policy is designed to provide a clear understanding of how Horizon Dynamic Web Designs, LLC. governs and oversees accounts on our software systems, in addition to the regular Terms of Service.


User Account

A User Account ("User") refers to the personal profile of an individual who logs into our software systems. Each User Account contains specific personal information, preferences, and settings unique to that individual. Sharing User Accounts between multiple people or using "generic" accounts is strictly prohibited. Users must be members of one or more Subscription Accounts, also called "Organizations" or "Associations," to access the system, and their permissions are determined by administrative users within the Subscription Account. Each user receives a unique username and password for accessing their Subscriptions, which must be kept strictly confidential and not shared with anyone under any circumstance. Users are not allowed to have multiple sets of username/password credentials. User Accounts are non-transferable and can only be operated by the named individual.

Subscription Account

A Subscription Account ("Subscription"), also called an "Organization" or "Association," serves as a central business organization. Each Subscription can have multiple User Accounts associated with it. The Subscription has one designated owner ("Owner", "System Owner") and one or more administrators ("Super Users", "Administrators") who can make administrative changes to the Subscription information, preferences, and user permissions. Subscription Accounts and their owners/administrators do not own or control User Accounts. Subscription Accounts may use User Accounts for operational purposes, such as scheduling and assigning, but personal operations, preferences, and settings remain under the control of individual users. Certain sensitive changes may be allowed for subscription owners and administrators to make on behalf of users, but restrictions may apply to ensure data security and user privacy.


Receiving Technical Support

Users can receive technical support for specific information they are authorized to access within the system.

Subscription Assistance

Users can seek assistance with administrative aspects of a Subscription, limited to the permissions they have. For example, a General Member may only obtain information related to games and schedules they have access to.

User Assistance

Users can seek assistance regarding information and assets they have permission to access. For login or personal information changes, users must seek assistance themselves. We do not provide login information or personal information support to third-party user accounts, even if they are Subscription owners/administrators. Such third-party accounts are not authorized to manage other users' personal settings or login information.

This Account Usage Policy ensures that accounts are managed with utmost privacy, security, and adherence to data access restrictions. It helps maintain the system's integrity, ensuring fair and appropriate access to information and administrative capabilities for all users.


User Account Security

At Horizon, we prioritize the security of your accounts. We strongly advise all users to maintain robust and secure passwords to ensure the utmost protection. Your password should be a combination of letters (both uppercase and lowercase), numbers, and symbols. Avoid using easily guessable information such as names, birthdates, or common phrases. We recommend changing your password regularly to minimize the risk of unauthorized access. Always log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices. Horizon will never request your password via email or phone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please notify our support team immediately.


Unauthorized Access

Unauthorized access to another user's account is strictly prohibited on our platform. This includes attempting to gain access to an account without proper authorization or using someone else's login credentials. Such actions violate our policies and may lead to severe consequences, including account suspension or termination without a refund. To ensure the integrity of our system and protect our users, we urge you to report any suspicious activities or potential security breaches. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or witness any suspicious behavior related to other users' accounts, please inform our support team promptly.


Account Ownership and Transfer

Account ownership for User Accounts is non-transferable and is assigned to individual users only. However, Subscription Accounts may be transferred to new owners under specific circumstances. This operation must be performed by an existing User Account with administrator permissions within the organization. Data Retention and Deletion

At Horizon, we respect your privacy and adhere to data protection regulations. Your data retention is outlined in our Data Retention Policy and Privacy Policy. Upon account termination or your request, we will delete your personal information from our systems, subject to any legal obligations or data retention requirements that are outlined in our Privacy Policy. Rest assured that we handle your data with the utmost confidentiality and comply with applicable privacy laws.


Account Usage Violations

Any violations of our Account Usage Policy may lead to disciplinary actions. Depending on the severity of the violation, consequences may include warnings, temporary account suspension, or permanent termination of access to our system without a refund.
