New Horizon Experience. This article describes the New Horizon Experience, which is available now. As of September 28, 2026, New Horizon is the default starting point on a computer or laptop. In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps for Android and iOS, New Horizon is already what you see. If you still have the older layout, choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu. You can switch back to Legacy Horizon from that menu any time during the transition.
This article covers the Import Rosters wizard for assignors, coaches, and athletic directors with import access. Start from Rosters Import or the framed import page.
Start the import
From Rosters, choose Import. Upload your spreadsheet, then follow the preview. Rows that will create or update players are called out before you confirm.
Confirm and finish
Review skipped rows and fix your file if needed. Confirm to apply the import. When you are done, return to the team roster to verify the names.
If you still see the older layout
On a computer or laptop, the older legacy layout appears only if you switched back to Legacy Horizon. Choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu to return. Menu names below may sit under Administrative Forms or the classic side menu instead of the New Horizon navigation. The jobs you can do on the page stay the same even when the chrome looks different.
