New Horizon Experience. This article describes the New Horizon Experience, which is available now. As of September 28, 2026, New Horizon is the default starting point on a computer or laptop. In the Horizon WebRef mobile apps for Android and iOS, New Horizon is already what you see. If you still have the older layout, choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu. You can switch back to Legacy Horizon from that menu any time during the transition.
This article covers Mileage entry and corrections when your organization tracks travel mileage.
Open Mileage from Members Home
Start from Members Home after you sign in. On a phone, open the side menu first whenever a step mentions the menu.
On a computer, the same screen uses the wider layout.
In the side menu, open Availability, then choose Mileage. (Mileage appears under Availability only when your organization uses the mileage system.)
You can also open your account menu (your name or photo at the top), choose Administrative Forms, then under Personal Forms choose Update Location Mileage (the label may use your organization's word for location).
If Members Home shows a Reminders item about mileage that could not be calculated automatically, open that reminder to jump straight into Mileage.
When you do not see Mileage
Mileage is optional. If Mileage is missing under Availability, and Update Location Mileage is missing under Administrative Forms, your organization has not turned the mileage system on.
Organization administrators: from Members Home, open Settings → System (System Settings). Open Features & Settings. Turn on Mileage System (Feature #47), then save. After it is on, officials see Availability → Mileage. Related mileage tables and rules live under Settings when mileage is on.
Enter or correct a value
Choose the trip or game row, enter the miles your organization expects, and save. Assignors can correct values when an official needs a manual adjustment. Required fields show clear errors if something is missing.
If you still see the older layout
On a computer or laptop, the older legacy layout appears only if you switched back to Legacy Horizon. Choose Switch to New Horizon from the banner or your account menu to return. Menu names may sit under Administrative Forms or the classic side menu. The jobs you can do on the page stay the same.
